Spiritual Enlightenment
As you become more enlightened in our current society, many of you will strive to have an open and loving heart. The violent ways of the past will disappear as you embrace a more spiritual path.
A truly enlightened soul on earth embraces the truth and wisdom found in our many cultures and religions. All major religions, even with their individual and respective faults, still possess certain truths. For many of you, religion is a path, your path to the Creator, God, or Power. All of you must take a spiritual journey on your way back to the Source or the Creator. For some of you, a spiritual path that does not involve an organized religion may be your way. For others, a particular religion, be it Wicca, Paganism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, or Hinduism, may be the road that you follow.
In any case, all lead back to the Creator if you develop a loving heart and treat others with respect and tolerance.
This brings to mind the following analogy. Six persons stood at the bottom of the mountain. Three were men and three were women. All were on their spiritual journey back to God or the Creator. The top of the mountain that they stood before represented Spiritual Enlightenment and the Light of the Creator. Before each person was a dirt path that led up the mountain to the top. All six spiritual seekers started on their separate paths heading upwards. Eventually, each one of them made it to the top of the mountain where both the Light and the Spirituality existed. Even though each one followed his or her own path, they finally made it back to the Source and found true enlightenment.
This should be the goal for everyone.
“Peace will come when each one of us goes within, and realizes that we are all equal aspects of God; then we can all sit together in harmony…”
– A Spiritual Warrior
Enjoy your spiritual journey!

Divine Connections: angelic guidance, healing and communication workshop
Over the last year I have received wonderful and encouraging comments from readers worldwide. Every time I have posted an article, I have been blessed to receive great comments from many people from all walks of life.
Yes, I will continue to write about spiritual and mystical concepts; posting these articles onto my blog site. It seems readers just can’t get enough. When I write about reincarnation, angels, Jesus and Mary Magdalene and other fascinating subjects, I love the response from around the world.
I would like to take this time to thank all of you for your wonderful words and kind thoughts expressed in the comments section. It is a blessing and an honour to be able to write with passion and love, expressing my deep thoughts, and sharing my knowledge with all of you worldwide. Please continue to let me know what you think. I truly enjoy hearing from all of you. I wanted to personally thank some of my readers such as Taylor Armstrong in California for the kind words expressed.
I hope that many of you will read my books “Ancient Teachings for Beginners” and “Ancient Healing Techniques.” These books are available at many bookstores around the world. Some of the articles I have written contain excerpts from these written works.
Much of my writing and teaching comes from the Creator above. I astral travel on a regular basis to the heavenly fields. It is here that I receive spiritual information for my books that I write, and for the many classes that I teach. Recently, I was guided by my angels to develop a unique class or workshop. All of the information came through to me while I was astral traveling and talking to angels and spirit guides in heaven. Also, an angelic voice guided me with wisdom and knowledge while I meditated. The result is the following workshop which is now available in correspondence form. I am charging $95 CDN for this correspondence class.
Divine Connections: angelic guidance, healing and communication workshop.
“The light of heaven and the wisdom of the Creator can be found in everyone.”
- (Ancient Healing Techniques, 2005)
Angels have been part of our world for thousands of years. These beings of light have influenced many cultures, both past and present. They have helped to bring a part of heaven to earth. These celestial beings are a unique creation of God the Creator. Angels can heal, comfort, protect, and guide you through your life.
It is the angels of God that move and work between the realms of heaven and earth. They are as numerous as the stars, are unique, and have different missions and purposes. Some of these special beings work as guardian angels, protecting individuals during their lifetimes. In fact, small children can see their own guardian angels and accept these celestial spirits with open and innocent hearts.
This unique features and benefits of this workshop:
- Techniques to raise your own vibrations to a very, high level. This allows your angels to communicate with you easily and effectively.
- Tools to enhance your own healing abilities. The benefits will be a stronger connection to the angelic healing realm, thus allowing these divine beings to work through you.
- Techniques to awaken specific areas of the brain. This will allow you to open and/or enhance your psychic and spiritual gifts.
- Tools to call in the angelic presence you require at the time. This allows you to be specific in your requests for assistance, be it healing, protection, abundance, messages, comfort and love.
Contact the De Long Ancient Mystery School at mysteryschool@sasktel.net to register for this correspondence class.
“Silently one by one, in the infinite meadow of Heaven, Blossomed the lovely stars, the forget-me-nots of the angels.”
- Henry W. Longfellow (poet, 1807-1882)
Spirituality and Hope in a Modern World
“Look within, within is the fountain of good…”
Marcus Aurelius, Roman Emperor and philosopher (121-180 C.E.)
Our television screens show the continual violence, death and destruction erupting around the modern world. The carnage associated with suicide bombers is thrown into our faces on an almost daily basis. Angry, hate-filled individuals parade innocent victims before video cameras. Self important dictators control the populace in certain, unstable countries. Fear, paranoia, suspicion and uncertainty grip our society like a helpless fish in an eagle’s talons.
Uncontrolled fires rage throughout the world. Walls of water decimate countries and cause thousands of death. Earthquakes and volcanic eruptions add to the misery. Storms of almost unimaginable proportions destroy the lives of countless millions. Climate changes turn our world upside down leaving confusion in our midst and in our minds.
Diseases such as various cancers, Aids, Ebola, and Avian Flu mutations challenge medical science and threaten our civilization. Many regions of Africa suffer from a rampaging Aids epidemic that sweeps across the land like a dark wind.
Meanwhile our busy, stress filled lives continue in a chaotic manner. For many of us, it seems as if we live in Hell on Earth. And then we have the doomsayers and fear mongers that predict dire events in 2012. (The Mayan calendar may be coming to an end, but it does not mean the world will end. All things begin again.)
But are we really living in Hell on Earth? As human souls we are beings of light and contain the essence of God, the Creator within all of us. Humanity has the spark of light that comes from the heavens above. When we seek a spiritual path we realize all these wonderful and profound truths.
The planet Earth is a beautiful place. Whenever you gaze upon a wondrous sunset or wander aimlessly along a green forest path this becomes abundantly clear. The majestic colors in a rainbow after a summer rain can touch our eternal souls within. We truly live upon a place of wonder, a paradise. This is a creation of God, the Creator or Great Spirit.
Our eternal souls are connected to the heavenly fields where angels, departed loved ones, and beings of light exist. The power or divine energy from above can come through us when we seek our spirituality and become more enlightened. As humans we are multidimensional beings. We can learn to operate in both the earthly and heavenly realms if we choose so.
In my books, “Ancient Teachings for Beginners” and “Ancient Healing Techniques”, many special exercises are given to help you achieve these altruistic goals. Topics such as soul healing, past-life recall, chakra balancing, healing with colors, energy channeling, and working with angels and spirit guides are covered in detail within the pages of each book. This is ancient wisdom for modern times.
Always remember that we are immortal souls living within bodies and not bodies with souls. The understanding of this spiritual truth or premise allows us to achieve spiritual enlightenment. As enlightened people we can use our potential gifts to help manifest Heaven on Earth.
It should be your ultimate desire, calling or purpose to help and assist other souls upon our planet – our special and magnificent home.
Five hundred years before the birth of Jesus, another Master Teacher expressed this in his words of wisdom. I leave you with this profound message.
“Doing good to others is not a duty. It is a joy, for it increases your own health and happiness.”
Zoroaster, prophet and ancient Iranian (circa 7th century B.C.E.)
Let’s Talk about the Human Aura
“And after six days Jesus took Peter, James and John his brother, and brought them up into a high mountain apart, and was transfigured before them and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.”
– Matthew 17:1-2
The ability to read and interpret the colors of the human aura can prove to be invaluable as a preventative and diagnostic tool in the health field, an interpretive mechanism in the field of counseling and as a way to obtain an accurate insight into personal and business relationships. In the present and in the near future, our society will start to recognize the importance of the illuminations of the human energy field and utilize this knowledge in order to help humankind.
Professional aura readers and medical intuitives, clairvoyants who use their gifts to “read” health problems in people’s auras, are in greater demand as more holistic therapies have arisen and have become the norm.
The Colors of the Aura
The multicolored lights surrounding the body are similar to the colors that are seen in a beautiful rainbow after a storm, or the illuminations of the Northern Lights on a wintry day. There are seven primary colors manifesting within the human aura. These colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple. They are created by the magnetic field, the electrical field, ultraviolet radiation, hormonal and chemical secretions, and spiritual energy.
Each one of these colors and their variations have a meaning. The colors can be seen around the head and around the arms of the individual that is being “read” by a clairvoyant or medical intuitive.
Along with the seven main colors and their various hues there are also: gold, white, silver, gray, brown, and black. These illuminations can be divided into two aspects, positive and negative;”positive” refers to good or beneficial colors,”negative” means bad or undesirable colors.
Positive colors appear as pretty, clean and clear illuminations of energy. Simply put, they are pleasant to look at. These spiritual colors of the human energy field vibrate at a very high frequency.
In contrast with the positive auric colors, the negative or undesirable colors that do sometimes appear within the human aura are ugly, dirty,or mucky illuminations of energy that are not pleasant to perceive. Negative colors are of a much lower frequency or rate of vibration than the positive ones.
“The Northern Lights dance and swirl in the midnight sky. The seven colors of the rainbow radiate beauty. The human aura is an expression of both.”

The Mind and the Brain
“The mind of man is capable of anything – because everything is in it, all the past as well as all the future.”
- Joseph Conrad
As you become more enlightened, you start to use more of your brain’s potential. Literally, you intelligence quotient will increase as new areas of your brain are awakened. At the same time, the power of your mind increases.
Most people think of the mind and the brain as one and the same thing. In reality, they are two separate and distinct creations.
The Difference between the Mind and the Brain
People from all walks of life use the words “mind” and “brain” interchangeably. Doctors, scientists, and other highly trained people consider the mind and the brain as one and the same.
In reality, the brain is a biochemical organ, a part of the physical body. The mind, on the other hand, is a “psychic” organ that is attached to the human soul. Both the soul and the mind are connected to the Creator and the heavenly realms.
As human beings, we are dual in nature, possessing both a physical body and a psychic body. Within the physical body are physical glands and organs. Joined directly to the body is the psychic body, which contains psychic glands and organs. Both the physical and the psychic are linked so closely together that one does not function without the other’s presence. For instance, the psychic heart resides within the physical heart. If there is a physiological problem within the physical heart, it will influence its psychic counterpart by creating a disharmony there. The psychic heart becomes slightly out of frequency or “sync” with the other psychic organs of the psychic body. This disharmony will also start to to affect the physical heart by looping or feeding back from the psychic to the physical. If you can think of the feedback phenomenon in electronics, then you have a general idea how this symbiotic relationship between the physical and psychic heart works. Even the human endocrine glandular system operates using a feedback or loop-back approach. Of course, all the physical organs and their respective psychic organs function under the same premise.
When you possess an understanding of this just-mentioned principle involving the physical and psychic nature of humankind, you will have a greater understanding of energy healing, which involves very high frequencies or rates of vibrations.
The mind, a part of the human soul has a profound influence upon the brain, the nervous system, the body, and all organs and glands. It is the mind that gives all of you the sense of cognition and sense of beingness.
You will use a greater amount of your mind power when you become more enlightened. This means that your mind as part of your eternal soul will connect to the Heavenly Fields and the Creator or Godsource much more easily. Attunement to the Divine Intelligence from the Creator above will become more readily available to you. Inspiration and wisdom from your angels and spirit guides will start to unfold on a regular basis. More light, higher vibrations of energy, such as Universal Energy, will enter into your soul and mind. This is the goal that you should all strive towards.

Working with your Angels
Angels have been a part of our world for thousands of years. These beings of light have influenced many cultures, both past and present. They have helped to bring a part of heaven to earth.
These celestial beings are a unique creation of God the Creator. They have a divine connection with the Creator and perform numerous tasks on behalf of the heavenly realms. Angels can heal, comfort, protect, and guide you throughout your life.
These spiritual beings are also heavenly messengers that herald news or warnings to people. The word angel comes from the Greek word ‘aggelos’ or ‘angelos’, which means “messenger.”
There are many references to these celestial beings in both the New and Old Testament, over 300 in all. In the early chapters of Matthew and Luke, for instance, the archangel Gabriel visits Zechariah, the future father of John the Baptist, as well as the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus. This special messenger from heaven announces the upcoming births of John the Baptist and Jesus, respectively. Warnings are also attributed to angels in the Bible.
It is the angels of God that move and work between the realms of heaven and earth. They are as numerous as the stars, are unique, and have different missions and purposes.
Some of these special beings work as guardian angels, protecting individuals during their lifetimes. In fact, small children can see their own guardians angels and accept these celestial spirits with open and innocent hearts. Even organized Christianity, with all its faults, now embraces this concept.
Most major religions believe in the existence of angels. Angels are mentioned in Jewish tradition and the religion of Islam accepts the reality of these divine beings. In fact, the prophet Muhammad claimed to have had a vision of the archangel Gabriel who promised to help him in his teaching.
These angelic beings can also be seen in art. During the Renaissance, many famous artists created masterpieces that contained both religious figures and angels. In 1618, Leonardo Da Vinci painted “The Annunciation” (“Detail of the Angel”), a beautiful work of art portraying an angel with wings and a halo.
In more recent times, there has been an increased interest in these beings of light. There is a good reason for this. As more people awaken, they will become aware of more spiritual matters while they are less concerned with mundane affairs of the physical world. Working with your angels will become a common occurrence.
Angels are the bearers of love, light, comfort, and reassurance for many. For children, they are guardians and companions. Without these beings of love and light our world would be a sad place or mere existence; no one would truly “live.”
“Silently one by one, in the infinite meadow of Heaven, Blossomed the lovely stars, the forget-me-nots of the angels.
– Henry W. Longfellow (poet, 1807-82)

Christianity and the Loss of Spirituality
Just as the Roman Empire was reaching its greatest size, stretching from the British Isles to the Persian Gulf region, a religious struggle was born in Palestine that would last hundreds of years…and outlive the Empire by a millenium and a half. From the time of Christ’s teaching on earth, Christianity began to gain in popularity and simultaneously eclipse Greco-Roman paganism.
Unfortunately, as it became the sole religion practiced over vast sections of Europe, Asia, and Africa, the Christian Church became a persecutor of other faiths. In Alexandria, the great library was burned by a Christian mob, much of the knowledge contained in the form of countless scrolls and books were lost forever in this purge of pagan literature and thought. In Rome, the bishop of the Christian Church became supreme as a particular sect of the religion won out over other, more tolerant forms. Soon, the Church was a powerful political and religious institute, enshrining politics while ignoring true spirituality. At that time, mainstream religion lost its connection to the true teachings of Jesus.
In the first centuries after the triumph of Christianity over Roman paganism, several groups loyal to the teachings of Jesus met clandestinely and taught their wisdom. The Gnostics, one such sect that followed Jesus’ true teachings challenged the organized Christian Church. They believed in the spiritual teachings of Jesus, and were sometimes even called the “Jesus sect”. But pressured and persecuted by the Church, it eventually went “underground”, taking its spiritual wisdom along with it. Gnosticism appeared to have been destroyed.
Although it would appear that the true teachings of the ancient masters have been lost, or at least buried “underground”, new discoveries reveal that the truth cannot be suppressed forever. For example, in 1945, archeologists found a series of Gnostic writings or “gospels” at Nag Hammadi in Egypt. Some of these writings are reportedly the preserved words of Jesus Christ; among these texts was found a work which scholars refer to as the “Gospel of Thomas”, a fifth gospel.
Now that we are in a new millenium, the hope remains that we will reverse the negative trend of the previous millenia and enter a world where spirituality reigns supreme once again. Hopefully, the original true teachings of Jesus will be studied and embraced by humankind.

Reincarnation and the Master Jesus
To be born into a physical body, to live and die, and then to be reborn into another physical form; this is the central concept of reincarnation.
In the days of Jesus the Master Teacher, reincarnation was considered common knowledge; it was accepted as part of life. The original teachings of Jesus also involved the theory of reincarnation. Unfortunately, many of these references to reincarnation by Jesus and other great spiritual leaders were carefully deleted from many ancient texts that were considered part of the Bible.
Most of the bishops and leaders of the early, but rapidly growing Christian Church removed several texts from this sacred literature in hopes of removing any or all references to reincarnation (at the Council of Nicaea, 325 C.E.) These men were striving for power, and they wanted to control the population and ultimately the known world of the time (i.e., the Roman Empire). By eliminating the idea of birth to rebirth from their doctrine, replacing it instead with the idea of only one lifetime per person followed by eternal hell or heaven depending on the person’s actions, their beliefs created a greater need for the Christian Church as an institution for the salvation from death.
The knowledge that you are eternal and are a composite of all your previous lifetimes allows you to understand who you truly are, why you are here on planet earth, and where you are going after experiencing this realm of existence.
Jesus said, ” I disclose my mysteries to those who are worthy of my mysteries.”
– The sayings of Jesus Christ
